I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and young adults, with a particular focus on supporting women as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health concerns, parenting stress, postpartum mood changes, caregiver strain, phase-of-life transitions, work–life balance, and overall stress management.
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in trust. I work alongside my clients to unpack what has brought them to this point, cultivate self regard and develop the tools to care for themselves on a daily basis.
Together, we build an understanding of therapeutic principles while developing practical coping strategies and positive social skills that can be used beyond the therapy room.
We will spend time exploring what has led you to seek therapy at this point in your life, identifying the stressors you are carrying, and clarifying what support looks like for you.
Beginning therapy is a vulnerable step and requires courage, and I hold deep respect for each person who chooses to show up for themselves in this way.
