As a psychotherapist and art therapist with over 30 years of experience, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My practice is client-centered and eclectic, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques to support growth and healing.
With children, I use play and art therapy to help express emotions, build self-esteem, and recover from trauma. My work with adults integrates art therapy, positive psychology, trauma informed therapy and humanistic approaches to foster resilience, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
While I’ve worked with many populations, my specialties include working with adults who are experiencing grief and loss, as well as self-growth, resilience, and relationship issues. My work with children focuses on navigating attachment issues, strengthening self-esteem, healing traumatic events, divorce and separation and understanding emotions.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve taught therapy at the graduate level for three decades and supervise professionals pursuing LMHC and ATR credentials.
