My passion lies in helping individuals, couples and families deal with bumps in the road in an effective and compassionate way. I want to meet you where you are now and work with you on growth and change, as well as equip you with skills that will stay with you as you continue your journey. Through our work, we will explore family dynamics and patterns, as well as coping and communication styles.
I am particularly interested in family systems and how generational patterns present themselves in our day to day interactions, be it romantic, familial or platonic. I believe that shining light on these can bring clarity and build satisfying relationships.
