Everything starts with the self. At the same time, no person is an island. There is a delicate mastery to navigating the relationship with the self, as well as our relationships with those around us. I specialize in helping to scaffold mastery of the self while also guiding to integrate it into other areas of life, such as interpersonal relationships. This journey can have many twists, turns, triggers, and obstacles. Therefore, it is advantageous to have guidance along the way from someone with the insight and experience necessary to get you to the next level of transformation and transcendence so that you can operate at your best.
We are powerful creators that have direct influence on our environments and life outcomes. Having positive outcomes in various areas begins with the mind, body, and soul. Everything must work in unity. I balance my practice with psychotherapy and holistic modalities to help people understand themselves as well as the roles they play in the lives of others.
Positive change is an inside job and we must start there if we wish to be the change we want to see ripple out into the world. I work with individuals, couples, and families because I believe our external ecosystems are just as important as our internal ones.
