As a mother of high needs children my heart is for families that desire to stay connected to their children and that are dedicated to raising responsible children. High needs children need more grace, more patience and more resources and being an intentional parent takes team work; I work on strengthening the parent-child relationship and individually on each person's struggles.
As an immigrant and a military spouse myself, I have a heart for people in transitions and those feeling stuck in their life or relationships. I work from a holistic, trauma approach and I completed my Certified Trauma Certification.
I am completing my Master in Mental Health and Counseling, I completed Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy Certification I (RLT) and have Training in Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), Neurodivergence and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention); I offer a compassionate, strength-based approach that helps the client feels safe and heard and cared for.
I am passionate about helping people live relational lives that feel authentic to them and make them excited to be alive.
