After receiving my clinical MSW at the internationally recognized Smith College School for Social Work, I completed a post-graduate Fellowship at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute.
My areas of specialty include: big life transitions; recovery from trauma & difficult childhoods; depression and anxiety; coping with chronic illness; substance misuse; LGBTQ+; transgender identity (including working with parents and family members of trans individuals); as well as kink-aware therapy (my graduate research covered BDSM/kink).
