I am an experienced mental health counselor with a focus on individual development and innovative practice. My work is grounded in equipping clients from all backgrounds and circumstances to develop skills and strategies to address disorder in their relationships and lives. I am experienced in providing counsel for lifestyle challenges, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction and addictive tendencies.
My counseling style is integrative and geared towards empowering my clients through self-discovery and self-correction skills. I don't subscribe to just one therapeutic approach, choosing instead to pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide customized therapy to each of my clients.
Together with my clients, I examine different approaches to developing routines and useful strategies that strengthen my clients’ ability to implement and practice change in daily living. I endeavor to create a solid foundation of trust with each of my clients in order to help them achieve the change they seek.
