I have been working with individuals and families for ten years. In working as a social worker, I have experience working in schools, community mental health agencies, homeless shelters, child behavior, parenting, conflict resolution, and couples counseling.
My therapy style is person-centered, and strengths based. Providing a safe and supportive environment to encourage emotional expression and personal growth through the use of interactive feedback, conversational dialogue, and affirming language.
