I’m Silvia Skripkauskas, LPC, RN, a therapist and nurse with over twenty years in healthcare and research helping women understand what’s happening in their minds and bodies so they can make informed, confident choices about their mental and emotional health. When we work together, we look at what's beneath the surface and build new ways of coping with the stress you’re feeling. I use CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based methods to identify patterns, regulate stress, and make decisions aligned with your values. I pay attention to the full picture and how your mood, hormones, and physiology intersect so you feel better
