Hi, I'm Silvia. I have extensive experience working with children and teens who struggle with trauma, bullying, low self-esteem, and anxiety/depression. I am also an ally for the LGBT and veteran communities and specialize in working with young women who experience mental health struggles. In our work together I provide a safe space, and I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered and mindfulness modalities, and psychoeducation to help you find relief for what is bothering you. I provide a warm, non-judgmental setting to work together to help you find answers and feel better.
Anxiety is part of life and serves an important function. However, when it gets out of hand and interferes with your daily life, help is available.
