I work with a variety of issues within sexual and gender minority clients including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and family conflict. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents. However, I have experience working with clients of all ages.

I am passionate about helping people navigate the challenges of their lives and grow into their best selves. I work with adults, adolescents, and children (including individuals, couples, and families) on a variety of challenges including trauma, PTSD, relationship distress, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I am LGBTQ plus allied and sex positive. My specialty is in healing past trauma including abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), neglect, grief/loss, etc. Serious challenges are welcome. I enjoy helping people get "unstuck" so you can heal and live the life you deserve.

Perhaps the previous methods of coping are not working. Maybe the words and ability to express those emotions are challenging and unnerving. Maybe life has forced a new role and now self identity/worth are being challenged. Therapy can be the tool to learn to be independent, autonomous, confident and self sufficient. To live a life where it is comfortable in setting boundaries, to live in your truth and learn the tools for self acceptance or the freedom of releasing the hold of what has been emotionally restrictive. All while learning to face those parts of ourselves that create shame, pain and discomfort in a space that is safe.
