I am Sandra McLeod, a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist which means I treat all ages and specialize in treating children, adolescents, and teens. Is your child or another member of your family showing signs of stress, anxiety, depression? Have you or they experienced trauma? I work from a person (client) centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Symbolic-experiential therapy. I attune to my clients, their thoughts, feelings, and needs to heal the source of their anger, sadness, and frustrations. For children, I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, and Sandtray.
Therapy is a process of courage and commitment. I am fully dedicated to my clients as they navigate each step in their journey towards empowerment and change. From youngest to oldest, my clients learn to discover and embrace their inner resources to achieve their goals. My greatest joy is their success!
