As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is to attune to your needs within a holistic frame of mind/body/spirit/environment, using mindfulness, somatic awareness, depth psychology, dreamwork, gestalt, CBT and for trauma, EMDR. I have experience working with public figures, performers, and creatives with safe, discrete & confidential care.
I am also a teacher of the Diamond Approach, a body of wisdom that supports investigation into one’s reality and leads to more maturity and freedom.
