My enthusiasm for therapy stems from a desire to instill hope and foster a sense of שָׁלוֹם “shalom”, i.e., wholeness & peace. I use CBT and DBT skills. I have experience with PTSD (including Veteran issues), Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement (including anticipatory grief, post abortive or preborn child loss), Suicide Prevention, and Substance Use.
