About
Anxiety and Depression can be side-effects of a substance abuse issue. Seeking help and admitting we have an addiction takes an act of extreme bravery and courage. Our society tells us if we are overcome by addiction, that we are weak willed and have character defects. However, I don't believe that. I believe every person is born with unique gifts that are innate to them, but are veiled when we are chasing our addiction. Together, through meditation, guided imagery and self-discovery we will quickly chart a course of recovery from whatever has got you hooked (food, drugs, alcohol, smoking, technology, etc)
My hope is that when we meet, you will feel you are meeting with a trusted friend. Because I have walked the path of addiction, I understand the dark place you or a loved one may be and I know the tools to get out of it. Through our time together, I will teach you these simple skills that, for me, have resulted in a purpose filled, joyous life.
You don't have to suffer alone. Reach out for help with a trusted guide who truly cares about your well-being
