Helping human beings become whole is key to allowing them to become emotionally healthy. Bringing all of our "parts" together through evidence-based treatment methods allows us to achieve peace and serenity. Partnering with my clients in a therapeutic, non-judgmental, loving way is the foundation of my approach. Biofeedback or more specifically Neurofeedback is an evidenced based approach used to help people who have experienced trauma heal. I have and utilize an amazing system to improve the performance of brains in need of healing. I have experience addictions, trauma, the Florida child welfare system, adoptions, and grief.
I am Certified in ADHD and childhood and adolescent grief. In addition, I have experience in addictions, trauma, the Florida child welfare system, adoptions, and grief. I have spent the years learning counseling theories and evidence-based approaches to mental health needs. This includes ongoing continuing education and additional certifications.
