I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. I have worked with numerous clients of all ages and backgrounds. My counseling experience includes pre-marital, marital, and couples counseling. Additionally, I have worked with adults and children facing various levels of trauma in their past and present lives. One aspect of counseling where I am particularly effective is collaborating with families that have children, both individually and collectively, to create a more cohesive family unit.
My training is extensive and encompasses practical and procedural applications across various therapeutic modalities: play therapy (certified), Prepare & Enrich couples counseling, the Gottman Method for couples, and emotionally focused couples therapy.
I am committed to providing every client with the most appropriate approach to address their emotional needs, respecting individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. I view every situation through the lens that we are all part of "The Kindred Spirit" of life. I offer faith-based therapy and counseling when necessary.
