My goal as a therapist is to work in a supportive partnership with you to restore emotional well-being, build strengths and help you reach your full potential. I will work carefully and conscientiously to create a therapeutic experience that allows self-discovery, healing and growth to occur.
I provide therapy for adolescents and adults to address a wide variety of challenges including trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, grief and much more. I also specialize in providing EMDR therapy, a highly effective type of treatment that helps individuals make peace with past events that still cause distress today.
My practice was created to provide the quality of care all clients deserve. I am available to see clients beginning at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
