My ideal clients are adults who grew up between cultures—children of immigrants, or people who immigrated as children—and who’ve never quite felt fully “of” any one culture. Many feel exhausted from code-switching, family expectations, or being the one who holds everyone together. These experiences can show up as anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship patterns, or uncertainty about who you are outside of others’ expectations. Together, we make sense of these patterns and work toward a life that feels more like your own.
I help clients make sense of their experiences and build meaningful change using evidence-based approaches such as ACT, IFS, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. I tailor these tools to support identity exploration, emotional regulation, healing from trauma, and increased self-compassion.
