A masters in Somatic Counseling Psychology & Movement Therapy create the foundation for my work. I am also trained in advanced trauma therapy, & hands-on nervous system rebalancing techniques. I also help people understand suppressed anger, IE "I never get angry” and transform it into personal power. Adult Families and Couples are also in my repertoire.
