Hello. I'm Silva and I have 18 years of experience working with teens and adults. I enjoy supporting and guiding individuals in their healing journey. My focus of practice is helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression or a history of childhood trauma.
The approach I use is mindfulness-based therapy. This is an evidence-based treatment that integrates meditation techniques and eastern philosophies with western psychology. I will help you understand the root of your current struggles to heal your inner child wounds so that you can live a more authentic life.
