About
Making the first step and starting counseling is a huge step and I am here to support you on your journey. I meet my clients where they are versus telling them how and where to be. I have several years of international working experience in the mental health field to offer and I received education and training in this field oversea.
I use cognitive-behavioral interventions and mindfulness techniques when working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Furthermore, I am a member of the American Counseling Association and I received an invitation to join Chi Sigma Iota due to my outstanding academic and professional performance.
