I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with supportive counseling and Art Therapy per requests. This approach leaves me able to address my clients' immediate needs while they build more effective coping skills, expectation setting, and body awareness, to ultimately enjoy their lives.
I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO and Optum health insurance. For my clients with other insurances I provide a detailed monthly statement ready to submit for out of network benefits.
