There are variations of pain, often associated with silence and thoughts, that eventually formulate sounds, sounds that produce words, words that create sentences, and sentences that eventually develop stories. In our shared safe space, you will receive support via my practice of CBT, narrative therapy, and strength-based approaches to support those stories.
