Therapy is a time to explore what is most important for you - the challenges, joys, and reality of life. My therapeutic passion is to support people of all ages process their experiences with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, life transitions and eating disorders. I enjoy the relational component of therapy as we develop a sense of safety and collaborate to address your challenges and goals in a meaningful way.
As I work with all ages, I utilize an integrative approach to best support each client. Incorporating play therapy, CBT, CFT, and ERP to reduce distress and improve overall wellbeing.
