About
Sierra Mihovich, LCSW is dedicated to social work and therapy. Sierra received her undergraduate and Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She has experience in private, community, and school-based settings, providing therapeutic interventions for children (2+), teenagers, and adult women.
Sierra uses an emotionally-focused, client centered approach to be able to meet the needs of each person she works with. Sierra is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), play therapy techniques, sand tray therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
