I support individuals navigating a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and relationships. I am passionate about human rights, social justice, reproductive rights, and I am an LGBTQI+ ally. Through holistic person-centered empowerment, the individuals I work with take steps to grow, heal, and create a life worth living.

My treatment approach integrates multiple evidenced based psychotherapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and IFS. I help individuals improve their quality of life by encouraging behavior change. I will help you learn new coping skills, identify goals, and take steps to achieve your goals.
