Life doesn’t always go the way we want it to, and discomfort and disappointment can be overwhelming. I love working with clients who are ready to explore change. I have the most experience helping those with anxiety, concerns with trust, self-esteem issues, life transitions, traumatic experiences, difficult family relationships, romantic relationship struggles, and LGBTQ+ experiences. I want to learn what makes you unique, help you build confidence in yourself, and help you reclaim your life narrative. Let's explore those places of power within you to work through the liminal parts of your life.
My passion is in learning people's stories. I use trauma-informed techniques to look at the context of our lives, and together we can forge a new path forward towards the life you find most fulfilling. I draw from narrative therapy to learn about your story, and I use EMDR to help reprocess your experiences, whether individually or with partners.
The best part about my job is the connection I get to make with others. I hope that I can build a safe, comfortable space for you to rewrite your story and be more confident in yourself and your relationships. I am vocally LGBTQ+ affirming.
