It takes strength to acknowledge when something is wrong. Through looking for a counselor, you have displayed this. I can imagine by now you might be feeling overwhelmed or distressed by what's recently occurred or what's built up over time. You may be looking to build on your coping skills or enhance your way of thinking about life. Or, maybe you just want someone to talk to about your everyday obstacles. For whatever life brings you, I am here to offer you support and guidance. Some of my clinical areas of focus include, but are not limited to: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and previous Registered Behavior Technician, I offer compassion, empathy, and acceptance. I will meet you where you are and guide you to your goals through tailoring treatment for you! I provide therapy to those aged 4-18 yrs old presenting with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
