I work with children, teens, and families who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. Many of the people I support are doing their best, but still feel stuck, worried, or disconnected and are looking for real, lasting relief and understanding.
My work is trauma-informed and focused on helping kids and teens feel safe, regulated, and understood. I help young people make sense of their emotions, manage anxiety and big feelings, and build healthier coping skills. I also support parents with practical tools to improve communication and emotional safety at home.
