Many clients come to me feeling stuck — struggling with communication, connection, or beliefs about themselves that were shaped by past trauma. Often, these beliefs and coping strategies once served an important purpose, helping you survive difficult experiences. Together, we work to gently release what no longer serves you and develop new ways. Therapy can be a space to understand these patterns, find your voice, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a relational therapist, I work with both individuals and couples through a systems perspective, always looking at the larger context that shapes how we relate to ourselves and others. I am EMDR trained with additional training in Emotion Focused Therapy and Attachment theory to help couples reconnect and individuals to find healing.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I’m here to make the process as supportive and seamless as possible. For those seeking relief from their distress sooner, I offer EMDR intensives.
