I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate mental health and behavioral challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.
Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy because they are experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, life transitions, or challenges at home, school, or in relationships. Together, we can work together to help you reach your goals.
I believe everyone deserves a safe place to feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help each client discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to face life's challenges with resilience, hope, and self-compassion.
