I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFCT) to help couples/relationships disrupt negative cycles of interaction and deepen trust, closeness, and ease.
I also specialize in supporting young women and queer people ages 18-40 with anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies. You know that the patterns in your life aren’t working, yet it’s hard to make a change. Even recognizing that you might benefit from therapy is a big step. Together, we can untangle old narratives, identify the things that aren’t working in your life, and develop new coping methods that work for you.
I prioritize developing a safe relationship between us in therapy, from which we discuss your relationships with yourself and with others. My practice is queer affirming, anti-diet, and HAES informed.
