I specialize in working with emotionally sensitive children and teens who struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, and self-confidence. Using play therapy, I help kids understand their emotions, build coping skills, and feel safer expressing themselves while working with parents.
In connection to my work in play therapy, I work closely with parents offering guidance and support so you can better understand your child’s emotional needs and respond in ways that reduce conflict and build connection. Parents are met with throughout the therapy journey, staying in the loop.
Whether the child is young or entering the teenage years, both stages can benefit from play therapy. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and empowered—and where parents feel confident and supported in their role.
