I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor specializing in co-occurring disorders. My focus includes substance use, gambling related problems, anxiety/depression, adjustment challenges, PTSD, and life transitions. I am also a Pre-Trial Intervention Program (P-TIP) pre-approved provider.
I use a strength-based, individualized approach, meeting each person where they are at in their life. I work from a harm reduction perspective utilizing MI and CBT.
I work with young adults, ages 18-35, to collaborate on the best way to approach their concerns and/or goals to help them improve their quality of life and to better manage life stressors.
