I integrate CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatic therapy to support clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma. These approaches calm overwhelming thoughts, regulate emotions, and address mind–body distress, helping clients build practical coping skills, manage symptoms, and feel more grounded day-to-day.
I also specialize in couples and family therapy. I utilize EFT to help you identify communication patterns, strengthen connections, and prevent feelings of disconnection.
