I specialize in working with individuals who feel weighed down by fear, those trapped in the silence of loneliness, disordered eating, or the ache of abandonment—to those whose hearts feel heavy, whose hope feels distant, or who simply long for someone to truly see them. I want you to know your pain is valid. I believe there is a light that leads to healing, wholeness, and love. That light has always lived within you, even in your darkest moments. I am here to walk beside you, to help you uncover that light, nurture it, and let it grow—so you may rise with strength, reclaim your truth, and illuminate the dawn of healing.

Recovery can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals navigating eating disorders, BPD, and trauma using an integrative approach that draws from CBT, DBT, and schema therapy. My practice is grounded in compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard, offering a safe, supportive environment where healing can begin.

First, we will build a strong therapeutic foundation through connection and collaborative goal setting. This early work sets the tone for a meaningful and personalized recovery process. For individuals struggling with eating disorders, we will first focus on body neutrality and changing disordered eating behaviors, as well as modifying thought processes associated with the ED.
