A Mindfulness-Based approach is central to our programs. We provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling sessions to resolve problems related to couples communication, substance abuse, anger, domestic violence, parenting and grief issues. We offer an exceptional reduced fee program for sessions provided by interns supervised by a MFT and LADC. Many of our clients have been mandated by the courts to attend programs for DUI/substance abuse/dependence, domestic violence, anger management, and/or parenting.
Our fees are the lowest in the area and our policies are tailored to provide as much support as possible to complete the requirements imposed by the courts.
Sierra Counseling Center prides itself in maintaining and training a staff of compassionate and supportive individuals who avoid the use of labels and strive to provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where clients can explore and learn new techniques to manage life's stresses.
