Marriage and family are two stressful areas in life and we all can use some help in navigating these two systems that monopolize our time and attention. I am offering Internal Family Systems therapy with couples, doing parts work. I also offer cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships.
