Maybe you look like you’re doing “fine” on the outside—going to work, showing up for friends, getting things done—but inside, something feels off. Maybe your anxiety won’t quiet down, your mood feels heavy or numb, or you’re exhausted from constantly pushing through. Life wasn't supposed to feel like this.
Many people feel anxious, alone, or disillusioned with the world around them, struggling to make sense of grief, loss, or experiences that have quietly shaped their dissatisfaction. I offer a space to slow down, understand what isn’t working (with a little humor and a lot of kindness), and heal in a sustainable way.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I use EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT, and experiential therapy to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, gently process what’s been weighing on you, and build a life that feels more aligned and meaningful. I specialize in supporting people with globally mobile upbringings.
Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve tried before or aren’t sure where to start. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready for support—or even just curious—I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit.
