I help individuals reduce distress while enhancing their inner strengths and assist couples improve intimacy and communication.
My practice is varied with the specificity of catering to subjective needs. My approach is interpersonal, relational, and based in mindfulness and positive psychology. I have specialized training in AF-EMDR and CBT, using strength based and goal oriented approaches, which focuses on giving you the tools you need to feel better very effectively.
I have an appreciation for the particular nuances of different cultures, ethnic, gender, spiritual backgrounds, and disabilities. I provide individual and couples therapy for adults.
