| español I have over 10 years of experience helping adults and children heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I specialize in EMDR therapy, which helps reduce symptoms such as nightmares, hypervigilance (fight, flight, freeze), and emotional distress by reprocessing traumatic experiences.
I use an integrative, flexible approach that may also include CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and an understanding of epigenetics—the way emotional patterns can be passed through generations.
