Hello, my name is Sidney, and I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders and anxiety disorders, particularly in young women. I bring a hybrid approach to therapy that combines the creative nature of modalities such as expressive arts therapy with educational and evidence-based practices, cultivating an environment that is inclusive of those with communication barriers, anxieties, and neurodiverse needs.
Neurodiverse and/or anxious individuals may struggle with numerous challenges, and in our therapeutic space, I hold space for this infinite variance with the fundamental belief that therapy services should be individualized and tailored to meet a client’s specific needs.
I also seek to help clients understand the neural processes that underlie the complex interactions between perception and cognition, leading to increased life satisfaction.
