Hello! I like to use a combination of DBT, IFS parts work, & narrative therapy to help clients make meaning of their experiences & heal from past traumas. This is done with an emphasis on self exploration, radical acceptance & identifying sociological impacts. I create an environment free of judgement or shame, full of empathy, & with a little bit of humor when appropriate. I enjoy working with those who have insight about their emotions but uncertainty of what to do with their self-awareness. I provide them a safe space to do deeper healing work, manage their emotions, and strengthen their relationship with their self and others.
I lead with genuine curiosity to explore & understand each client's unique inner world & form a deep therapeutic connection. No detail is too small & no tangent is too long. Invaluable information can come out of these things. I am mindful of any discomfort that may arise when going too deep too fast & will make sure that we go at a pace most helpful to you.
In my free time I enjoy spoiling and begging for attention from my two American akitas, reading dystopian novels, watching Real Housewives, playing video games, and listening to Ariana Grande music on repeat.
