Healing happens through a systematic assessment of your situation and customized recovery tasks to increase coping, reduce your stress response, and optimize your health and well-being holistically. I use EMDR therapy and a trauma based approach to treatment.
I help individuals and couples to develop health and wholeness through skill building and stress reduction. As a Certified Sex Therapist I work with couples to implement demand-free intimacy. As Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and Clinical Partner Specialist I help individuals eliminate problem behaviors and associated trauma responses.
