Sibling relationships can have a lasting impact on how we see ourselves, manage emotions, navigate relationships, and live. I provide counseling to those trying to better understand and address the ways in which sibling dynamics may cause, maintain or exacerbate anxiety, depression, perfectionism, emotional eating, avoidance, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, burnout, low self-worth, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Together, we look at the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns that developed over time and explore how those patterns are helpful — or causing dissatisfaction.

I use Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. We'll explore how early family experiences shaped your sense of safety, connection, trust, and belonging. I also help clients recognize strengths, resilience, and possibilities for change and look at the roles taken on in the family.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally connected, confident in their voice, and better able to navigate relationships with clarity, honesty, and stronger boundaries. Our work together is aimed at understanding yourself more deeply so you can make choices that feel more authentic and aligned with who you are.
