I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Baltimore County, Maryland and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in life transitions, relationship issues, grief, stress, depression, and anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and other techniques to assist clients on their healing journey.
My approach to therapy varies depending on each client's needs. The most common therapy models I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, which help me better understand the client's needs and build a therapeutic relationship.
