I offer a sliding scale to those in need during these hard times. Using a depth-psychodynamic approach, I work with individuals who seek direction and a deeper understanding of their inner & outer worlds. I am especially fond of working with the quarterlifers, early 20s-late 30s. Sessions may consist of: exploring childhood patterns, relationships and attachment styles; analyzing dreams; inner child and shadow work; strengthening trust in your intuition; coaching around manifesting your life goals; somatic and mindfulness exercises; and compassionate confrontation around where you are stuck or blocking the progress of your healing.
I work well with curious and thoughtful people who want to live a more empowered and authentic life...or who want to learn to do so. Together, we'll take a courageous look at the relationships and areas in your life that you wish to improve; we'll get to the root of your pain and sabotaging patterns so you can reconnect with your self-worth and self-love.
I also work with adults who are interested in Depth/Jungian psychology and want to dive deeper into their soul and individuation journey.
