Together, we’ll work with your nervous system to understand survival mode patterns and gently build tools and skills for steadiness and regulation. My approach is rooted in somatic and grounded in practice and movement.
Many of my clients are used to masking, achieving, and pushing through, even when their systems are exhausted. They want to be able to relax, be less self-critical, and feel more at home in their bodies. Therapy here isn’t about fixing you; it’s about moving out of survival mode into a life that feels safer, steady, and aligned.
