Choosing the 'right' therapist for you is so important and my goal is to provide you with a safe place to share and navigate whatever is on your mind. Life can be challenging and deeply painful and sometimes it throws us curve balls. We may find ourselves in unexpected places - places where we may feel vulnerable, confused and alone. Meaningful human connection is at the heart of emotional well being. I will work with you in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and transparent way to create a trusting and meaningful theraputic relationship .
We will take time to get to know each other and from there will work together and identify your goals for therapy. The next step will be to create a path towards achieving your goals while experiencing healing and growth. I have extensive experience in working with people who have experienced trauma, whether single episode or complex trauma.
I integrate many modes of therapy in my work. I meet with clients across the age span, with marginalized folk, and those who feel alone and unseen.
